Booking: To reserve photography services, a signed contract and retainer fee are required. Full booking details will be provided in a separate agreement upon inquiry.
Payment: Remaining balances are due prior to or on the day of the session or event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments may be made via approved methods listed in your invoice.
Retainers: A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. This ensures your session or event is reserved exclusively for you.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for sessions. Retainers are non-refundable but may be applied toward a future session at the photographer’s discretion and subject to availability.
4. Intellectual Property
All photographs, images, and content produced by Miabella Photography are the intellectual property of Miabella Photography and are protected by copyright laws.
By booking our services, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use your images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Cooperation: Clients agree to be cooperative and punctual. Late arrivals or lack of cooperation may impact the final outcome of images.
Image Usage: Unless otherwise requested in writing, you grant Miabella Photography permission to use images for portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes.
6. Limitation of Liability
